When we began working with Garden Court Towers, the brand was focused on driving leasing momentum for its second tower with ambitious occupancy goals of 56% by July, 80% by October, and 98% by year-end. Beyond leasing, they wanted to position the property as a true University landmark, standing out from nearby competitors.
